DELIVERY TERM

Shipments will be made by express courier or postal mail. Your order will be sent from our workshop within a maximum period of 48 hours if we have the part in stock. If it must be manufactured, the period will be 7 to 10 days. For personalized orders and special orders, the deadline will be agreed with the client depending on their nature. You will receive a text message informing you of the day you will receive your order.

During the sales season these deadlines could be delayed by an additional 24 hours.

If you have chosen the workshop pickup option, you can pick up your order within 24 business hours.

If for any reason we cannot serve your merchandise within a maximum period of 30 calendar days stipulated by Law 3/2014, we will ask you to tell us if we have a new additional period, except in the event that that item is no longer available or the purchase had been made for a specific period and the consumer had expressed it as such.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can request the exchange or return of any item you have purchased on our website within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt without the need to justify the decision or penalty in the form of added costs for you.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a withdrawal form in the MY ACCOUNT section , from which you can manage it comfortably.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised when the items you wish to return are in good condition, without having been used and have their original packaging and labeling.

Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the amount paid for items returned promptly within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used to pay for the item.

In order for this deadline to be met, it is necessary that the items are already in our warehouse or that you prove by means of a delivery note from the transport company that has already sent it.

Partial return of an order is not possible, except in cases as stipulated by the European Commission, in which it is agreed bilaterally by the buyer and Javier Quian.

In Workshop: You can exchange or return the item you want in any of our workshops by presenting the delivery note/ticket that includes your order.

From the Online Workshop: You can request a total or partial return of your order by accessing the HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS section within the MY ACCOUNT section after logging in with your username and password. We access the order by clicking on Data.
